Wine-Specific Conditions
1. Legal Age Requirement
- You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to purchase or receive alcoholic beverages from Lakeboat Vineyard & Winery.
- All shipments containing alcohol require the signature of a sober adult of legal drinking age upon delivery.
2. Ordering & Payment
- Orders must be placed using a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express).
- All sales are final, except in cases where shipping restrictions apply (see below).
3. Shipping & Restrictions
- We strive to ship to as many locations as permitted by law. However, due to changing alcohol shipping regulations, we may be unable to ship to certain provinces or regions. If your order cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued.
- Shipping is conducted via a third-party carrier at current market rates. If your shipping address is in a remote location or a PO Box, we may use Canada Post or another suitable carrier.
- Once an order has been picked up by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the purchaser.
